Almasar Alshamil Education Unveils 2026 Growth Roadmap Following Landmark Tadawul Listing

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA – Following its successful listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and a year of record-breaking expansion, Almasar Alshamil Education has officially announced its strategic roadmap for 2026. The company enters the new year with strong operational momentum, positioned at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 educational transformation.

A Year of Record Performance The roadmap follows a milestone year where Almasar Alshamil Education listed 30% of its share capital on Tadawul. This transition to a public company was supported by exceptional financial results; in the first nine months of 2025, the company reported:

  • Revenue Growth: 24% year-on-year, reaching SAR 336 million.
  • EBITDA: Recorded at SAR 129 million.
  • Reach: A record 28,000 students and beneficiaries across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Strategic Priorities for 2026 As the largest provider of Special Needs Education and Care (SEC) in Saudi Arabia and a leader in UAE private higher education, Almasar Education has identified four key pillars for the year ahead:

  1. Saudi Expansion: Accelerating the growth of the Human Development Company (HDC) network by opening new SEC centers and schools across the Kingdom.
  2. Higher Education Excellence: Bringing world-renowned universities to Saudi Arabia and expanding existing programs in AI, Cybersecurity, and Business Analytics within its UAE institutions (Middlesex University Dubai, Abu Dhabi University, and Liwa University).
  3. Digital Innovation: Scaling AI-enabled learning and data analytics platforms to support personalized care and standardized rehabilitation outcomes.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Deepening collaborations with international academic bodies and industry leaders to bridge the gap between education and employability.

Leadership Commentary “Our successful listing on the Saudi Exchange has provided us with a powerful platform for growth and a clear mandate to deliver impact,” said Majed Al Mutairi, CEO of Almasar Alshamil Education. “As education remains central to the visions of both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, our focus is on scaling inclusive, future-ready education that delivers measurable outcomes for learners and the knowledge-based economy.”

Connecting Education to the Workforce Almasar Education continues to lead the region by linking early intervention and specialized care with industry-aligned higher education. With 39 daycare centers, 14 schools, and 3 clinics currently operating in Saudi Arabia, the company remains dedicated to building connected pathways from early learning to the workforce, ensuring long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
