Dar wa Emaar Signs Sponsorship Partnership with Al Qadsiah Club

Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – 15April 2026: Dar wa Emaar Real Estate Development and Investment Company announced the signing of a sponsorship partnership with Al Qadsiah Club, under which it becomes the club’s Official Real Estate Development Partner, with its logo appearing on the sleeves of the club’s kits across the first football team, the women’s team, and Al Qadsiah Academy.

This partnership stems from a shared geographical connection and common vision between Dar wa Emaar and Al Qadsiah Club, as both originate from the Eastern Province and share an ambition to contribute to building a more impactful and sustainable future. While Al Qadsiah continues to strengthen its position as one of the Kingdom’s ambitious sporting institutions through a modern identity and growing fan base, Dar wa Emaar continues to play its role in developing integrated residential communities that enhance quality of life and respond to the aspirations of Saudi families.

The partnership reflects the alignment of sports and urban development visions through a national model that brings together two Eastern Province institutions – one contributing to building communities, and the other to nurturing talent and strengthening sporting presence – in a way that aligns with Saudi Vision 2030’s objectives of enhancing quality of life, empowering the sports sector, and supporting sustainable development.

On this occasion, Mr. Osama Al Khunaizi, CEO of Dar wa Emaar, said:
“Our sponsorship of Al Qadsiah Club stems from our deep belief in the importance of supporting national institutions that share our roots and sense of belonging. Both Dar wa Emaar and Al Qadsiah originate from the Eastern Province, carrying its spirit, ambition, and active contribution to the Kingdom’s development journey.

We view this partnership as a natural extension of our role as a national company committed to developing integrated communities. We also believe that sports represent a key pillar in enhancing quality of life and strengthening a sense of belonging. Through our support of Al Qadsiah, we look forward to creating a sustainable impact that extends beyond the pitch, contributes to empowering talent, and reinforces community presence, in a way that aligns with the Kingdom’s objectives and reflects the complementary roles of the sports and private sectors.”

Dar wa Emaar affirmed that this partnership represents a step that reflects its commitment to supporting national initiatives with lasting impact, while strengthening its presence across the community and sports landscape through a collaboration rooted in shared values and a long-term vision.

Since its establishment in 2007, Dar wa Emaar has continued to strengthen its position as one of the trusted names in Saudi Arabia’s real estate development sector by developing sustainable, high-quality communities that elevate modern living and support national development and quality of life objectives.
