Celebrate Ramadan Evenings at ROKA Riyadh with a Curated Japanese Iftar

RiyadhSaudi Arabia, February 2026: This Ramadan, ROKA Riyadh invites guests to gather at sunset for a contemporary Japanese Iftar experience designed for sharing. Blending ROKA’s signature robatayaki flavours with the spirit of togetherness that defines the Holy Month, the restaurant presents a thoughtfully curated Ramadan Set Menu alongside exclusive seasonal specials.

Leading the Ramadan experience is a thoughtfully curated Set Menu, designed for a minimum of two guests and created to be shared. The journey begins with traditional touches including ROKA laban, dates and Saudi coffee, before moving into a selection of signature starters such as steamed edamame with sea salt and iceberg lettuce with caramelised onion dressing. Guests can then choose between the dynamite spicy shrimp tempura roll or shrimp tempura with chilli mayonnaise.

For the main course, diners may select from cedar roast baby chicken with chilli and lemon, salmon fillet teriyaki finished with sansho salt, or stir-fried egg noodles with mixed vegetables and soy. The experience concludes with date mochi ice cream, offering a refined sweet nod to the season.

Complementing the set menu is the refreshing ROKA Mint Laban, a creamy blend of yogurt, mint, shiso, lime and a touch of salt, specially crafted for Ramadan.

For those looking to elevate their Iftar, ROKA Riyadh introduces exclusive Ramadan Specials, including grilled T-bone steak with wasabi salsa, veal jus and oyster mushrooms, and braised lamb shoulder served with shiso steamed rice and Japanese pickles. Whether for an intimate family gathering or a larger group celebration, ROKA Riyadh offers a sophisticated yet welcoming setting to honour the traditions of Ramadan through exceptional cuisine and warm hospitality.
