Local Saudi Logistics Partner Khatawat Mubdiah Accelerates Growth Through Digital Enablement

Saudi Arabia — November 27, 2025 — Khatawat Mubdiah, a homegrown Saudi logistics company, is breaking new ground in the delivery sector by combining local entrepreneurship with advanced digital tools. The company today announced significant operational milestones following a strategic transformation that has overcome the challenges of rider productivity and scalability.

Before its digital transformation, Khatawat Mubdiah faced operational hurdles that limited rider productivity to fewer than 10 orders per day, primarily due to fragmented operational visibility and inefficient order allocation.

“Our goal has always been to grow sustainably while ensuring that our riders earn a fair and consistent income,” said Dr. Lina Khaled, General Manager and Co-founder of Khatawat Mubdiah.

To bridge this gap, Khatawat Mubdiah partnered with Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, on April 17, 2025. This collaboration provided the Saudi logistics firm with smarter order distribution, structured performance monitoring, and full operational visibility.

The results of this digital enablement have been immediate and tangible:

  • Increased Productivity: Riders now complete an average of 15+ orders per day—a productivity increase of over 50%.
  • Enhanced Efficiency: The implementation of operational training, performance reviews, and smart invoicing has improved accountability across the fleet.
  • Expansion: The company has consolidated a fleet of over 50 riders under the new model and is currently executing plans to hire 100+ additional riders, including international talent.

“Khatawat Mubdiah’s journey shows what’s possible when Saudi companies combine ambition with the right digital tools,” said Alex Wei, Logistics General Manager of Keeta Middle East. “We are proud to support their growth and help elevate the delivery experience for both riders and customers.”

Khatawat Mubdiah’s success reflects the resilience of Saudi businesses and aligns closely with Vision 2030 goals of fostering innovation, employment, and digital transformation. The company sets an inspiring example of how local operators can thrive, innovate, and create meaningful impact for communities, customers, and employees alike.
