Abu Dhabi, UAE (November 2025): Following the immense success of its ongoing Ride with Rixos series, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is taking community wellness to the next level with the launch of the first edition of Run with Rixos. This engaging event has been designed to unite fitness, philanthropy, and fun, all for a worthy cause. Taking place on Sunday, November 23rd, the run is being held in partnership with lululemon and Shanab and will proudly support Movember, the global movement raising awareness for men’s health.
Building on the momentum of its previous community initiatives, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi has established itself as a key wellness hub in the capital. Through Ride with Rixos, the property has hosted more than eight editions since 2023, bringing together over a thousand participants to cycle for meaningful causes, including breast cancer awareness and children’s charities. These social impact and collective well-being efforts continue with Run with Rixos, which has been designed to inspire residents and visitors alike to move with purpose.
The Run with Rixos debut allows runners of all fitness levels to join the community run, either 2.5K or 5K distances at the Abu Dhabi’s scenic Corniche. Starting at 7:00 AM, with participants gathering from 6:30 AM, the event encourages the community to come together in support of Movember, championing awareness around men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and prostate and testicular cancer. Each step taken represents a stride towards better health, stronger connections, and open conversations around important causes often left unspoken.
At the finish line, participants will be welcomed back to Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi for a post-run celebration infused with the property’s signature hospitality. Guests can enjoy invigorating ice baths, wholesome breakfast bites, and beats from a live DJ, ensuring an uplifting and memorable end to the morning.
