RIYADH, June 3, 2026 – Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID), maker of the world’s most advanced electric vehicles, today announced that Silvio Napoli has officially assumed his role as Chief Executive Officer, following the completion of the leadership transition process. This follows the previous announcement on April 14 regarding his selection as the company’s next CEO.
Commenting on the appointment, Turqi Alnowaiser, Chairman of Lucid’s Board of Directors, said: “On behalf of the Board, I am delighted to welcome Silvio as CEO at this pivotal stage in the company’s journey. Napoli brings extensive experience in leading industrial and manufacturing enterprises, having most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Schindler. His expertise includes managing large-scale global operations, financial oversight, and technology-driven manufacturing environments.
Marc Winterhoff, who served as Interim CEO, has returned to his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will report directly to Napoli.
